Privacy Policy

We collect account details such as name, email address, authentication data, subscription status, device activation data, support messages and product usage signals needed to operate CarSocial.ai.

When you use the product, you may provide vehicle inventory links, VINs, photos, prices, descriptions and related listing content. We use this data to generate, manage and support your vehicle listing workflow.

Payments are processed by Stripe. CarSocial.ai does not store raw credit card numbers. We may store Stripe customer, subscription and checkout identifiers so we can manage subscriptions, licenses, renewals and billing support.

We use information to provide the service, activate desktop licenses, improve product reliability, prevent abuse, provide support, send account or billing messages and understand which onboarding steps need help.

If you accept “Optional website measurement”, a first-party identifier shared between carsocial.ai and app.carsocial.ai lets us count measured browsers, page views and registration clicks. We store the first referral category and sanitized campaign labels, and link that identifier to your account on registration or login to measure checkout and positive paid invoices confirmed by Stripe. This is not a count of all people or all traffic.

Measurement records and the browser identifier expire after 90 days. We do not store IP addresses, full referring URLs, URL queries, form content, passwords, documents or card details in these measurement records. Known automated traffic and identified administrators are excluded. Browser privacy signals are respected.

Use “Privacy choices” to decline or withdraw at any time. Withdrawal removes the current measurement identifier and its linked visit history. Separate account, security, billing and previously described acquisition records are not deleted by this setting. Contact us for account-level data requests.
