Terms of Service

CarSocial.ai provides software that helps vehicle sellers prepare inventory data, create listing drafts and publish through their own local Facebook session. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, pricing, photos, disclosures and any marketplace rules that apply to your business.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. Desktop app access requires an active subscription, and device activation may be limited by plan. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, non-payment or activity that creates security or platform risk.

CarSocial subscriptions renew at the displayed monthly price unless canceled before renewal. CarSocial Pro includes 15 days of guided onboarding. Stripe securely processes payment details; CarSocial.ai does not store raw card numbers.

CarSocial.ai is not affiliated with Facebook, Meta or any vehicle marketplace. The app uses your local browser session to help you complete actions you authorize. Platform availability, rules, interface changes and account restrictions are outside our control.
