Cancellation and Refund Policy

CarSocial Pro includes 15 days of guided onboarding. Onboarding is part of the paid subscription and does not delay the first monthly charge.

CarSocial renews monthly at the displayed subscription price. You can cancel any time before the next renewal period through the billing portal or by contacting support.

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or when CarSocial.ai determines that a billing error occurred. If something looks wrong, contact support and we will review it.

Use the billing controls in your CarSocial account or email admin@carsocial.ai. Include the account email used for your subscription so we can find it quickly.
